When I attempt to contact Airtasker, I'm told to leave messages through their chat and somebody will respond between 24 to 48 hours, but I never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever get a damn response, and I'm sick of this ***

I did my job but the taker is not releasing the payment

I did my job. I told the tasker I couldn't do the oven and shower; it was too hard for me to clean.
He said that's fine. He went to inspect it the next morning and didn't say anything until I texted around 1 PM. He replied saying he was not releasing the payment because it was not up to what he wanted, but I did everything as said in the task. He even lied about how many rooms there actually were.
I wasted all my cleaning products. I tried asking if I could come back; he said no, I'm not good enough, and now he won't work out halving the payment or give me the same amount of the payment.

Why has my account been restricted? In my comments to this customer, I even mentioned the community guidelines about how certain things cannot be spoken about as they are restricted.
My offer mentioned an increase in pricing once the full hours were known, which couldn't be determined until I had spoken with the customer. You treat everyone like a criminal on this platform without allowing them to fully do the job to your standards. It is far too restricted to be able to get all the information from the customer to quote an exact price. That's why you have the option of increasing the task price, is it not?
Please unrestrict my account so that I may complete these discussions and raise or lower my prices accordingly. I do not want to move my tasks off the Airtasker platform, as that then takes away any protection I have should things go awry.

The boys l got as removalists broke the whole roller door from the spa not fitting under so l am being asked to replace it at the sellers! Huge cost NOT MY FAULT!
